Hi-Will Engineering Solutions

Engineering Excellence, Born in Rajkot — Delivered to the World

Founded in 2006 by Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Chirag — two highly passionate, determined, and forward-thinking entrepreneurs — Hi-Will Engineering Solutions began its journey as a precision die-making and engineering component manufacturing unit in Rajkot, Gujarat. What started as a focused workshop operation has grown, over 18 years, into one of Gujarat’s most trusted multi-capability engineering manufacturers — serving domestic clients and global export customers across a wide range of industrial sectors.

Today, Hi-Will operates from a 43,750 sq ft manufacturing campus on the Rajkot–Gondal Highway, housing a fully integrated production ecosystem under one roof: a modern CNC and conventional machine shop, an in-house die and pattern making division, a sand casting unit with 80–90 tonne monthly capacity, and a comprehensive quality control laboratory. This integration is not just a logistical convenience — it is the foundation of the quality consistency and delivery reliability that our clients depend on.

We are more than a precision machining company in India. We are an engineering partner — one that invests in understanding your component requirements, your application environment, and your production timelines before a single chip is cut. Our philosophy, ‘Quality is Our Passion’, is reflected in the ISO 9001:2015 certification we maintain, the modern testing equipment we operate, and the rigorous in-process inspection protocols our team follows every single day.

Over the years, Hi-Will Engineering Solutions has expanded its footprint into the automotive sector, heavy engineering, steel processing, pharmaceutical equipment, textile machinery, defence components, oil and gas, and food processing industries — serving clients across India and exporting precision components to international markets. Our strategic location near Mundra Port, Nhava Sheva Sea Port, and Sabarmati Dry Port ensures that global supply chain commitments are always met on schedule.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

A fully integrated engineering facility equipped to machine, cast, and deliver precision components across materials, tolerances, and industries — all under one roof in Rajkot, Gujarat.

01

Machining Operations

Hi-Will's machine shop is built for versatility and precision. Our machining operations span CNC turning, CNC vertical milling (VMC), CNC horizontal milling (HMC), conventional lathe turning, surface grinding, pillar drilling, and power operations — giving us the capability to handle a wide variety of component geometries, sizes, and complexity levels without outsourcing a single process.

We manufacture precision components from multiple input types: technical drawings (2D PDF, DXF), 3D CAD models (STEP, IGES, DWG), physical samples via reverse engineering, and custom client specifications. Our machine lineup — HAAS VF-1 VMC, FEELER FV800A VMC, Ace Micromatic ACER VMC, TAL H40 HMC, Ace Designer Jobber XL CNC Turning, and JDSK CK30 CNC Turning — gives us the range to go from simple turned bushings to complex multi-feature milled housings, all in-house.

Whether you need a batch of 10 prototype components or a repeat production order of thousands, our machine shop is structured to deliver consistent dimensional accuracy, controlled surface finish, and repeatable quality across every run.

Material Options

Choosing the right material is as critical as the machining process itself. At Hi-Will, we work with a comprehensive range of engineering materials to suit the mechanical, thermal, and corrosion requirements of your application. Our material capability covers carbon steel, alloy steel (EN8, EN19, EN24), stainless steel (SS 304, SS 316), cast iron, SG iron, brass, aluminium, copper alloys, and a range of non-ferrous metals.

Material selection guidance is provided by our engineering team based on your component's application load, operating environment, surface finish requirement, and specified tolerances. Our in-house spectrometer enables chemical composition verification at incoming material stage — so you always know that what goes into your component matches exactly what your drawing specifies. For casting applications, our foundry team oversees alloy composition at every pour, supported by permeability testing, moisture testing, and hardness verification in our dedicated casting laboratory.

Precision Control

Precision control at Hi-Will is a continuous process built into every stage of manufacturing. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system defines inspection protocols from incoming material through to final dispatch. Every component batch is accompanied by an in-process inspection record, and critical dimensions are verified against customer drawings before parts leave our facility.

Our in-house quality control laboratory is equipped with: CMM for 3D dimensional verification, Hardness Tester, Profile Projector, Digital Vernier Height Gauge, Thread and Radius Gauges, Filler Gauges, Standard Go/No-Go Plug Gauges for threads and bores, Granite Surface Plate, Spectrometer for chemical analysis, Ultrasonic Testing, Radiography Testing, DP Test Facility, and Gauss Meter for de-magnetic field measurement.

This breadth of testing capability means Hi-Will can verify dimensional accuracy, surface integrity, material composition, and internal structural quality — all in-house, without the delays and cost of third-party inspection. Clients who require documentation receive full inspection reports and material test certificates as part of our standard quality delivery.

Typical Applications

Hi-Will's precision machined components, dies, patterns, and sand castings serve an exceptionally diverse industrial base. In the automotive sector, we produce precision turned and milled parts for vehicle drivetrains, transmission systems, engine assemblies, and hydraulic components. In heavy engineering and steel processing, we supply large-format castings, machined housings, dies, and fixtures. Our pharmaceutical and food processing clients rely on us for high-precision stainless steel components. For the textile industry, we manufacture custom components for spinning and weaving machinery. Defence applications demand the tightest tolerances and full material traceability — areas where our ISO-certified quality system and in-house testing give clients the confidence they need.

Across all sectors, the common thread is this: if a component needs to be precise, repeatable, and reliable in a demanding application, Hi-Will has the machines, materials, and quality systems to produce it right.
